Shipping Policies: We ship within two business day after the receipt of the order. We ship via the US post office unless the customer wishes the item to be shipped by a different carrier.
Shipping Rates: We ship worldwide. Our shipping rates are based on the items weight and what the US post office charges to ship. If you are an international customer, please email us your address at email@example.com and we will provide you the shipping cost. We do not offer next day service.

Many of our bags and accessories are limited editions for wildlife conservation. Some styles are exclusive to certain retailers.
HOW DO I WASH MY SALVADOR KITTI BAG?
Our bags are made of microfiber. We recommend cold wash and air dry. Our microfiber is water-resistant.
WHAT IS VEGAN LEATHER?
Our vegan leather is butter soft, high end and stain resistant. PU-leather does not require the chemicals that PVA and real leather do. The material does not contains animal parts or lead. It is cruelty free!
